Schedule: Must be available to work on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM, with the possibility of shifts extending to 10 or 11 PM, whether that's all three days or any combination of those days.
 

Job Description:

Collaborative Home Care is currently seeking dedicated and reliable caregivers who bring a positive, can-do attitude to their work. We are looking for individuals with experience in both day and night shifts who are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients.
 

We are currently prioritizing the hiring of a caregiver for a client who requires active assistance from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM, with the possibility of shifts extending to 10 or 11 PM, depending on the client's needs. Flexibility during evening hours is essential, as care requirements may fluctuate.
 

We are especially looking for caregivers who are available to work on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, whether that’s all three days or any combination of those days.
 

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly attentive to detail, and experienced and skilled in accurately tracking and logging care information and vital signs (such as blood pressure and oxygen levels etc.,). They should be confident in providing mobility assistance, toileting support, and companionship, while remaining proactive, reliable, and professional at all times.
 

This is a hands-on, active caregiving role with on-the-job training provided. Shifts are highly engaging and require caregivers to be fully present and involved, with little to no downtime.

Care Plan Includes:

• Mobility support

• Assistance with toileting and transfers

• Help with showering and dressing

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Medication reminders

• General supervision to ensure client safety

• Clear communication and thorough documentation

Qualifications:

• A love for the senior community

• A compassionate, upbeat attitude and patient demeanor

• Strong commitment to reliability and ethical behavior

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms

• Dedication to professional development

• A minimum of 1-year experience in caregiving for seniors

• Ability to lift 30–40 pounds

• Possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, auto insurance, and a reliable and well-maintained car

• Possess a State ID and a valid second form of ID, such as a Social Security Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate

• Eligible to work in the United States for any employer

• Pass a background check and drug testing per company standards

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Our Caregivers are responsible for providing hands-on, non-medical, quality care to clients of Collaborative Home Care.

• Caregivers provide care based on the plan of care for their clients, which includes activities of daily living such as personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, medication reminders)

• Companion care (e.g. conversation, hobbies and activities, shopping).

• Caregivers must be able to work with minimal supervision, accepting personal responsibility for the maintenance of a professional relationship with the client in accordance with Collaborative Home Care policies and standards.
